Coronavirus Statement

 

 

We are pleased to confirm that as of 10am Monday 15th June our stores will be re-open for our Customers to visit. There will be changes to our store layouts and restrictions to how many Customers are allowed in at one time in order that we can adhere to social distancing so please be prepared for this in advance.


Where ever possible we encourage our customers to interact with our sales team by phone, email or live chat on our website but of course we fully understand this does not meet the needs of every sale but if we can help you remotely we are here to help!


In the doorway to all of our stores there will be a hand sanitiser station for you to use on entry, all of our customer facing staff will be equipped with PPE including face mask and face visors backed up with a strict personal hand washing regime.
Clear signage and markings will be present throughout the store to remind you of social distancing regulations while in our stores.


We will also be making changes to our opening times in the first week as we adjust to our new working requirements so please contact your local store prior to planning a visit in order to confirm they are open but rest assured our phone sales team are available from:

Showroom opening for week commencing 15th June:


Beacon Park Showroom - 9am - 5:30pm - Monday- Saturday.

Plymstock Showroom -     9am - 5:30pm - Monday - Friday.

Kingsbridge Showroom -  9am - 5pm - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Totnes Showroom -9am -5pm - Tuesday- Thursday - Saturday.

Our Delivery installation is also back to full strength but there are a few minor changes which will be maintaining in order to ensure we maximise safety for our Customer and Employees.

 

 

  •  2m Social distancing must be maintained at all time while our teams are delivering and installing we ask that customer remain out of the room the entire time.

  • We will ring the doorbell or knock and stand 2 metres from your door and wait for you to verbally direct out teams to the destination room.

  • Delivery sales only will be to the taken to the first room of choice, if we are installing naturally we will need clear and free access to the final destination room as required.

  • We request that customer wipe down any hard surfaces that our teams might come into contact with prior and post our visit with antibacterial products. We also ask that any cupboards or areas that our teams may need access to in order to make connections or alignment are emptied and wipe clean as well.

  • We will not be handing over paperwork and will remain a contactless system acceptance will be signed with an initial of your completed delivery paperwork on your behalf and with your clear understanding to confirm we have delivered the item, instead of our usual customer signature, copies of your receipt will be emailed at the time of sale.

 


Our staff will refuse to deliver should you not adhere to these rules. Wherever possible we would ask that you stay inside your property in another room whilst we deliver your new products and at a minimum 2metre distance would be expected. If your house hold has been required to isolate please contact our delivery booking team prior to your visit in order to reschedule or change your delivery to door step.

 

• Free Delivery will still be available on items over £150, for items under £150 please contact the sales team.

• Click and Collect is now available from our All open showrooms, contact a member of the sales team for more details.
