I spent some time searching for suitable dehumidifier and was impressed by the description of its variable functionality and the reviews. It has not disappointed. I am delighted with it and the ease of use. The casters and cord tidy are an added bonus.
My only complaint that in spite of being assured I would be notified of the delivery. I received no notification from either the company or Parcel Force and was away at the time. Fortunately they were able to leave it with a neighbour.

Received a telephone call from you and I was advised that there would be a delay in delivery due to stock and agreed to wait and proceed with purchase and appreciated the response and received the appliance earlier than advised but was not advised of delivery or given tracking information

Mentally, I still can't judge the difference whether the air is cleaner or better, it's not at all quieter in night mode, it hums the same way as in normal mode. It's a shame that you can't rely on dehumidification alone. The timer gives me an error even though there is a smart setting. And it is quite heavy to carry. Dehumidification is fine so far, it does its job. Customer service could be better because if I didn't write an email about when my goods would arrive, I wouldn't even know that in two days my goods would be at my door and I didn't have to be at home.
