I'm giving the cooker 4 stars because it had a small fault to begin with - the main oven door kept popping open. This was fixed by an engineer quite quickly though and we are now very happy with the cooker.
Delivered on time and install done super fast. Would recommend
2 of the induction hob rings did not work from the first day the cooker was installed, probably a connection failure that may easily be remedied but haven’t heard back yet from manufacturer about appointment with their engineer originally provisionally booked 6 weeks from my phone call. So not impressed so far …
Overall would recommend it but doesn’t have as much space as my old one.
Connection points are not connected properly when D batteries are in. Seem to only charge when all ports have batteries in and not if you just want to charge one or two at a time. Not a good product.
I am really pleased with my cooker, I originally chose the wrong fuel type, but the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful and empathetic. He went above and beyond to change the cooker and made me feel very valued as a customer. I will definately be returning & have recommended your company to family & friends. Thank you x

Very happy with Beacon Electrical’s service in delivering our new washing washing machine and disconnecting our broken machine and installing the new one. The two delivery men were very friendly and efficient too.
The original shipment went missing en route to us, but Beacon immediately dispatched a replacement which duly arrived and is now working perfectly.
Purchased for my new kitchen. Top oven is smaller than the bottom one no separate grill tray provided so I kept my previous one from my old cooker. It’s a lovely oven heats up quickly. Door has to be kept closed when using grill. Easy to clean the buttons go flush you press them to in when not in use. No issues so far and is much better than my old cooker. I love the black and silver colours and blue digital time. It sets the kitchen off would recommend
Purchased for over a 800 drawer unit it’s a great size and hots up quickly. No issues much safer than previous gas hob and easy to wipe down after use. It has to be hard wired in so electrician needed to install. No regrets looks Amazing in my new kitchen

am so happy with this -was not expecting to have so much air vent that my kick plate covers and is slightly deeper than my old tumble so is very much wedged into position and was worried that it wouldn't get enough air in to work correctly but it is SO much more efficient, quicker dry time than my last vented unit, plus easy to empty top drawer water unit. excellent!

We bought this to replace a cheapie one that we got from one of the DIY stores. It's much better, a lot more powerful and it does a much better job
I absolutely love this product. It is intuitive and easy to use. The touch controls work first time. Even the on/off touch button once you realise you touch and hold for about 1 second to turn on. It is worth reading the (short) manual to get the best out of the other functions. Once you get the hang of it, they are easy to remember. There is an instant 30 second button for quick microwaving. The beeps at the end are also not too loud (like my old one was). Wish I'd got it sooner.
