This is my 2nd one as a spare for the garage, Smart and easy to operate. My only niggle with it is the irritating bottle rack which restricts storage on the shelf below. I would have preferred another ordinary shelf. Bought and extra shelf directly from Bosch for the kitchen fridge, I shall probably do the same for this one, they're not cheap though. Excellent service from Beacon and their delivery team as usual.

Cooker was delivered damaged no problem with repair but engineer has called today as we think the oven temperature is not correct engineer has adjusted the oven but it is still not correct

Ordered on a Sunday evening after old freezer stopped working. Phone call Monday morning to confirm order details and access. Delivered free on Wednesday morning with a phone call before the team arrived. Old freezer removed for £25 well worth the money. Highly reccomend Beacon Electricals. Great value, choice, competitive prices and service .
Other shops couldn’t promise they would be able to deliver to a 2nd floor flat. Beacon? No problem.

The oven we wanted wasn’t in stock anywhere so we ordered it for when it was due back in. We got a follow up call from Beacon to double check we were happy to wait and it arrived exactly when they said it was due back in. We got a good discount too compared to the original manufacturers price.
