We're delighted with our new Richmond range cooker and very satisfied with the support Beacon gave in ensuring its delivery and installation. The latter was complicated by our need to use the LPG conversion kit (which had to be arranged separately and direct from Stoves). Also as Beacon do not themselves install in our postcode (TR) this also involved contact with Stoves and the discovery that their installers no longer deal in LPG. In the end we had to seek out our own local providers and rearrange delivery arrangements to ensure safe removal of our old oven. In fairness this was all beyond Beacon's control but throughout the process a number of staff maintained consistent contact, provided appropriate support and communicated well with each other and with us. The new cooker is great and I am happy to recommend Beacon as probably the best people to provide this product to the SW.
Other shops couldn’t guarantee delivery to a 2nd floor flat. Beacon? No problem.
Simple and easy to use this dishwasher - only complaint is you cant tell from the display when the cycle has finished.
Considering this is a premium oven, the build quality has been very disappointing. There is a melting plastic smell that is supposed to 'burn off' after an hour. It is still smelling after eleven hours. The fan oven has a loud buzzing noise eminating from the rear of the oven. When wiping the inside of the oven with warm soapy water to shift the smell, I noticed a piece of the enamel has come off the inside of the oven after only a few days. This seems a really shoddy build for a cooker that costs thousands of pounds. (The service from beacon electrical has been superb and Rangemaster have been responsive so far to my issues, but I won't be updating the review until they're resolved - currently it is unusable).
Item in perfect condition. Easy to install. Temperature readily visible from front which is better than the internal positioning on its very similar predecessor. Prefer to have an on/off switch mounted conveniently on/in the body of the device to avoid the need to move the socket. Happy with it, overall.

Very well made, using top grade materials. Really easy to keep clean, controls are well laid out, and very easy to understand. Two ovens for ease of meal preparation. Glass lid to extend work surface ( if needed). A gas stove to be proud of in any kitchen. EXCELLENT.

Returning was not an easy process and was lengthy, once Beacons accounts department got involved things were sorted and they were extremely helpful, thank you Beacons accounts.

This is the second I've bought,. The first for my elderly mother to replace a dangerous heater. My mother loves it. Second to warm our kitchen and other areas given we aren't running our oil heating due to the Iran war and prices. Fills the gap for Spring-time need for a little extra warmth.

Looking for a new machine to replace our old one and this one is just what we needed. Simple, easy to operate with all the settings we wanted. Runs quietly and efficiently. Happy with our purchase.
This cooker replaces an almost identical predecessor which after 30 years was failing. The pan supports offer less stable support for pans than on the previous machine, but worst the oven's temperature control under-reads. To cook at 180 the control needs to be set at 190-200. This is frustrating but manageable, and is a problem users shouldn't have to deal with. Apart from those niggles, it seems well engineered and feels more robust than its predecessor. Sadly I won't be around to write about his well it lasted in 30 years' time!
NEVER WAS SO HAPPY ABOUT THE FRIDGE FREEZER AFTER HAVING A BUILT-IN ONE PREVIOUSLY. SPECIOUS, HOLDS THE TEMPERATURE WELL, NO LEAKS OR DROPS INSIDE, JUST GREAT
