This is my second Meaco dehumidifier. Beacon electrical has a very responsive team and the sale was smooth and fast. I am happy deal with them again.
Bought as, and assured, brand new. However had marks and scratches on the outside. After talking to the shop was told there was nothing that could be done as we had 'accepted' the item by using it (once with a silicone liner) Whilst this is not a huge issue in the performance of the item ( which is fine) I don't expect to buy an item that is advertised as new when it clearly is not. I was also told it could not be swapped as they had no more in stock, despite them still being advertised on their website as for sake.

Found the dehumidifier that I wanted for a good price at Beacon, I hadn’t heard of them before so I looked at some reviews online and seemed like a good company, so I purchased online, got free delivery and item arrived a couple of days later. The actual dehumidifier is very good, works a treat, takes lots of water out of the bedroom where we had damp. Overall very pleased, great service, great product, would definitely use Beacon again.
When I ordered the dehumidifier I was given a rough delivery date of around 10 days later. In fact it was delivered in around 4 days. Great service.

Purchase went well, delivery fine. Hood failed within hours of installation. After two weeks it was replaced and fitted by Hotpoint after a bit of rigmarole. Pretty stressful time with phone calls.
