Within 30 minutes of ordering online I was contacted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff just to go over and confirm the order details to ensure everything was correct. The expected delivery date was then brought forward and coupled with an £850 discount made the purchase and experience of using Beacon Electrical absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this company and will he using them as my first point of contact for future electrical purchases.
Was easy to order on web site. Beacon rang back to confirm order - just as well as I'd typed one letter wrong in the postcode for payment card (was dusk so keyboard a bit dark...). Product in stock (microwave/oven) and was delivered on time on the correct day.

My only complaint that in spite of being assured I would be notified of the delivery. I received no notification from either the company or Parcel Force and was away at the time. Fortunately they were able to leave it with a neighbour.

Received a telephone call from you and I was advised that there would be a delay in delivery due to stock and agreed to wait and proceed with purchase and appreciated the response and received the appliance earlier than advised but was not advised of delivery or given tracking information
Great service from start to finish. Kept informed on timescales as product not initially in stock.
Mentally, I still can't judge the difference whether the air is cleaner or better, it's not at all quieter in night mode, it hums the same way as in normal mode. It's a shame that you can't rely on dehumidification alone. The timer gives me an error even though there is a smart setting. And it is quite heavy to carry. Dehumidification is fine so far, it does its job.
