Ordered a dehumidifier before it was in stock but was kindly called just to double check I knew as much and that it wouldn't be delivered until possibly mid February. It was then delivered at the end of January so very happy.

No issues with the service. I was kept informed. Arrived on time. I just wish the courier (Parcelforce I believe) didn’t take it to my nearest post office as I then had to carry the package from there to my house and it was quite heavy. Even the PO staff thought so.

I found what I wanted on this site after failing to find the bulbs anywhere else. The order arrived on time. It was very securely packed, and I was pleased that it was a Royal Mail delivery. The customer service was excellent. Everything was confirmed. I can't say whether the bulbs work well because I haven't used them yet. If all goes well when I do use them, I shall come back to Beacon.
