Unfortunately the unit was extremely noisy and I was advised to contact Meaco who asked me to send a recording. ( I already have the same model which is reasonably quiet) They then emailed a label to return for exchange using a local DPD pick up shop. I received a new unit a week later which thankfully is much quieter.
This my second purchase of the Meacodry Arete because I was so impressed with the first one I had to get another for downstairs. It's excellent on the condensation issues and really good for drying washing. Much cheaper than the tumble dryer.

I had to send back as plug damaged but a new one was sent and it's been working really well, I'm still surprised how quickly it fills up with water and has sorted out the condensation problem

Ordered on a Tuesday & delivered on the Friday which was reasonably quick. Item very good, neat & not too big. Perfect for our large kitchen where we've had no condensation since using the dehumidifier in the evenings. Also had some damp washing on a clothes horse and it even collected the water from that. All in all very pleased with both service and item. Thank you.

This is the second Beko freezer I have had. The other worked really well but we wanted a new one for our new kitchen. I was disappointed to see there is no top flap down opening at the top fast freeze section just an open space. I thought that finished off the look. Also I really liked the green and red light on my old freezer. This has minus temps that light up. Older customers need to see clearly if freezer is on(green) or fast freeze(red) Apart from that, it is roomy and quite quiet.
