This is the first I used this retailer and I am really happy with the service received. The item I was interested in was out of stock everywhere but Beacon Electrical let me pre order the item. They phoned me to update on the delay in delivery and it was delivered as soon as the item arrived in stock. I will definitely use this retailer in the future.

I ordered the item online on a Sunday and i knew it was out of stock, Beacon Electrical phoned me on Monday to let me know when item was due in. They rang me 9 days later to confirm item was ready to be collected. The price was good and the item was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly. Struggled to get the item as it was continually out of stock for months online from the manufacturer and other suppliers with stock were asking a higher price but Beacon was the only one to offer the item at the best price & give an accurate "back in stock" date - and delivery was prompt and painless.

I inadvertently made an error with the delivery address and my contact number when ordering. Received an email almost instantly asking me to confirm correct info. Then followed up with a call. Very friendly and professional service.

Product was out of stock when I ordered online. I received a phone call explaining when the product was due back in stock. And when it was dispatched I was provided with a tracking number Outstanding customer service Was initially told it would be 3-4 day parcel force delivery it arrived the next day which was handy as it was the week before Christmas and I still had shopping to do (I'm a bloke)
Wish I had bought this item at start of winter. What a difference it has made. Did not realise just how damp our home was. Once Beacon Electrical had the product in stock it was delivered quickly.
