Our old fridge/freezer broke down on Christmas Eve. It was over 20 years old. I ordered a new fridge/freezer from Beacon Electrical on Christmas Day and as soon as they opened on the 27th, they rang me to offer an earlier delivery than the one I expected. Great communication. This is the first I used this retailer and I am really happy with the service received. The item I was interested in was out of stock everywhere but Beacon Electrical let me pre order the item. They phoned me to update on the delay in delivery and it was delivered as soon as the item arrived in stock. I will definitely use this retailer in the future.
