If I could give a minus star would not hesitate to give it. Purchased the washing machine wanted to return the item within 30 days of purchase for a legitimate excuse, but they wouldn't allow it, going around in circles calling hotpoint. Still the issue is not resolved.

Delivery was arranged and at 9pm I received a text message stating that it would not be coming today, my partner had taken the day off so this was very annoying. I rang beacon to ask if the delivery people would text me if they couldn't deliver and was told they don't do texts and would ring me personally. The next day I received a message to say the delivery time, this was very inconvenient as we had arranged the day before, if I didn't need it to go in our new kitchen in a few weeks I would have cancelled, beacon service OK Delivery company rubbish With more time I would have gone elsewhere
