From order to delivery, this company & service was amazing. Will use again defo. Love the machine so much, excellent choice, washes fantasticly much better than my old hoover dishwasher for sure. Just one draw back, the drying could be abit better, however when the door opens at least it Airs n drys itself overnight.

The salesman was excellent. I live overseas and he ensured the product would be delivered in the UK. Item was delivered, unpacked and old machine taken away. However, although I paid for installation, the delivery team refused to install it as they said there was "a leak" in the house plumbing. I had to pay and get someone out to check on "the leak" and fit the washing machine. There was no leak, it was a bit of spilled water from when the old machine was taken out. Apparently, this happens frequently. My advice, buy from Beacon, but do not pay the extra for installation, as it will not be guaranteed to be fitted
