Just opened the box a couple of days ago and found the lights to be made of plastic. Only the plate was metal. I think £61 is expensive for this item. It looks nice but way over priced.
One of the best purchases i have made. So easy to use, All the instructions are very clear and the delivery driver, before he left gave us a quick run down and explained where to go for help if we got stuck. The price was great, the communication was informative. This told us where our tumble drier was and when it would bew delivered. The driver text us an hour before he arrived and then rang us when he was five minutes away.....rewally impressed. Such an enjoyable purchase. Will be buying all ouir electrical appliences from your from now on....

I had a compact dryer for many years until it died. I only use a dryer in emergencies so I’m hoping this one will last as long.

My first heat pump dryer. Very economic to run and lots of programs so it will dry most things it seems
Now we have a working fridge we can confirm it is a good spacious bright larder fridge. However the first one we received turned out to be faulty from the start, and Hotpoint tried to fix it but could not in the end, and then they neglected to order the required replacement parts as necessary, so in the end they offered to replace it with a totally new fridge. This arrived 10 days later and seems to be working fine thankfully. It took several long phone calls and an engineer visit, over 3 weeks, to get this resolved however.
I thought I was buying store display unit but got a brand new in packaging unit. Delivery and installation was excellent and value for money.
