Great to be able to purchase my dishwasher locally with a price match offer, to have my old dishwasher removed, new one installed, all packaging removed and free delivery within a few days. The Engineer was courteous, respectful and really efficient. All packaging was removed and the kitchen left as left found. So happy to have made my purchase from Beacon Electric

What stands out for me is the help given by staff via the chat room, which I use because my hearing loss does not make it easy for me to use the phone even with hearing aids. They were patient, kind and understanding. Please tell them I said so.

Ordering on-line was easy on Beacon's website. The dishwasher arrived on time, and was delivered into the kitchen by two helpful men who remove the old machine as requested.
When my tumble dryer arrived it was damaged, I phoned Beacon and they sorted the problem out very professionally. Phoned me to find out if I was happy with the manufactures progress. Great customer care !!!
All went very smooth. Easy to order . Telephone communication good . Only issue was money taken before being told item was out of stock so was placed on waiting list. Didn’t wait that long but still had to pay then wait weeks .
