Everything good from Beacon. Good communication, good delivery & took all packaging away. Slight dent in freezer door & scratch mark inside fridge door which are down to Bosch lack of quality inspection. You don't expect these tiny faults when spending this amount of money. I have a number of cooking appliances but needed an oven. This model is not expensive and just right for me. It was simple to purchase online and delivery was straightforward. Great value and price. The oven was up and running shortly after installation. Cooks things really well.
Our old washer decided to give up on us, didn't relies beacon electrical were working during lock down until i saw there van out on delivery ,went online saw what we wanted and within several days new one installed...brilliant service and very helpful staff who plumbed it in as well.

The order process was straightforward and was confirmed with a friendly call the following morning which was impressive indeed seeing as I only ordered it at 8pm the previous evening! The original delivery date couldn’t be met but we did receive it the following day. The delivery guys made it super easy and took our old fridge freezer away. All good all round, really recommend Beacon.
