Had a large banging noise and the drum was catching on the inside of machine. Was given another one next day, same problem. Was then given a beko it was fine. Had a phone call when we rejected the first one to apologise, which was great but nothing on the second one! Not good customer service. Was told the beko was the same price when actually looking at Web site it was £20 cheeper not offered the difference back!!. We got a fridge freezer coming from them in the next few days. Probably won't shop there again. The delivery man was fantastic best part of dealing with beacon!
Good fridge but door a bit hard to open as it creates quite a firm vacuum, hopefully because it’s new and it’ll ease up a bit after a while.
A good purchase. Programmes are quite long and there is no "short" wash but it is a very serviceable machine. Good value for money.
