Response from Beacon Electrical on 25 Feb 2025 Good afternoon, We can only apologies that you are un happy with your Hob, we have checked your sales details and there is a record on the 29th October reporting that the hob flame was failing and an engineer was booked for the 6th December. We had no further contact until 1st February with this review, we contacted you and rebooked an engineer for the 10th February. Great tumble dryer. Very quickly dries clothes on a low heat setting no need to use the high heat setting. Would definitely recommend this product! 🤗
