Middle tray, bit fussy to work out we're to put things also can't put straight tall glasses ie pimt beer glasses etc in Middle tray unless you lower tray ,then can't get decent sized dinner plates in bottom tray, " None of above problems with old beko"
I love that I can put in a full drum of mixed fabrics on the 'mixed' program and it dries them well, and much faster than the stated time in the manual. Energy efficiency is great. Smart meter shows less than 20p per hour and that's with other appliances e.g. fridge freezer, computer also on. Looks nice and is quiet, and is easy to use. The only very minor issue is that the optional 'active care' setting leaves clothes a little damp even on the driest setting, so I don't use it. But if you wanted to use it you could just run the dryer for an extra 15 mins at the end. Good product and well worth the money.
So glad we've gone back to a Dyson. Just seeing how much more dust and debris this efficient, light and easy to use Dyson picks up is so satisfying (and so easy!). Love it!
Wasnt impressed with having to pay postage for it. Gave the product 5 stars, would give the company 3 stars for the expensive postage price
After much research and a friend’s recommendation we quickly found this item was not adequate for the job. Was supposed to work in a small five bedroom house but made no impression on the problem. Return and refund refused by the supplier.
Really pleased with the dehumidifier. We bought it primarily for a small office room where I also wanted to dry some clothes on airers quickly and cheaply, and without lots of moisture building up in the room. We also wanted to test it out with the view to possibly buying an additional one for our bedroom which is on a different level. It helps to dry the clothes and reduces moisture in the room. I can work when it is on (but the sound is a bit like being in an aeroplane). My husband turns it off when working. When empty it is easy enough to move up and down a flight of stairs. It is heavy but I can lift if without difficulty. It is easy to understand the instructions and easy to empty the water. I can sleep with it on, when I need to. I find it best to put it on in the evening so that when I actually go to bed it is only coming on every half an hour to check humidity levels.

it's a great product, I don't use my dryer anymore as this drys all my washing, I put my wet washing on an airer in the spare bedroom at night and put my purifier on the 6 hour timer it's all nearly dry the next morning I just finish it off on the radiators around the house during the day and it uses less electric than my tumble dryer so a great buy ,I also have no condensation on my windows at all now

It’s lovely looking machine. Had to adapt my normal routine of “washing day” to couple of days as it takes longer than my old one to dry. But it’s very economical and I’m sure will pay for itself in savings compared to my old one pretty quickly!
Dyson vacuum cleaner does a really good job for us.

I ordered the silver cooker pictured above with white hob and doors and got a stainless steel one with black hob and mirror doors delivered instead. Was told by one of your team that there is no such cooker as little tired and the serial number related to a stainless steel one. I am now stuck with a cooker I don't like as I could not return it. So far from happy.
Suits us perfectly, only wanted a small tumble dryer for towels, bedding etc during the winter months. Very please with it, especially the front vent as it's easy to get out and put away after every use

Love this cooker. Going back to an eye level grill is so much easier than having to bend down. The single oven is at a better height than on my double oven. Bonus of a storage underneath too.
I've had Bosch ovens for 20 years, which have been very good, however, decided to buy a range for our new kitchen. Decided on this Bertazzoni cooker. Not only does it look amazing, it is a fantastic cooker. I make sourdough bread, every week, and, it bakes perfectly in this oven, as does pizza, using the pizza setting. Highly recommend!
