Good after sales service
There is very little adjustment on the flames between min and max. The heat from the grill affects the control panel. There is no spring resistance when opening and closing the glass lid. The power markings for the four gas rings are underneath the knobs meaning you have to bend down to see what setting you are using. Summary - I regret my purchase
Really good picture and sound. The television is well worth the investment as it is a vast improvement on my previous Samsung bought only few years previously. Technology moves on at a fast pace.

An excellent hob in all respects. It looks smart and is easy to clean. It replaced a Neff ceramic hob that had been in daily use since 1988. Wish I had made the change earlier. It is powerful, very versatile with the flex zone, easy adjustable controls once one gets used to them and responds to all cooking techniques. To be able to time independently each zone and keep food warm is also very useful. Worth the money and would highly recommend it.
Ordering process was simple on line. Also opted for installation. Communication on all levels was excellent and product delivered on time. Installation incurred an additional charge due to hob being fitted with 5 wires to be connected to a 3 wire supply. Wiring fine but left a bit sloppy and no attempt made to clean debris left from the fitting process
Ordering was so easy. Follow up phone call to confirm delivery was good. Removal of old machine and fitting new machine plus checking it was working was excellent. Everything went very smoothly.
