The service and delivery was good The oven although was the one from the showroom, was as I expected it Only gripe was as it was the one from the show room would have been nice to be offered discount As I needed the oven didn't barter so probably own fault
Very good condensing dryer, easy to operate and very easy to empty the water container. Good idea is to empty it frequently and also to clean the filter regularly.
Paid £5 for delivery of two sets. One set failed. Had 30 mile round trip to exchange - Beacon would not collect/swop. Second set also faulty. Another 30 miles for refund. Cost more to sort out than cost of lights in first place. No mention of compensation. Most unsatisfactory .
Bought two sets so that they would match at the foot of a flight of steps. Two different control units giving two different flashing sequences. One set failed. Stipulated which unit I wanted on exchange. Then next set also failed. Took refund. Left with one odd set of lights. Not pleased.

Manual is incomplete & inaccurate in several respects ( confirmed by retailer after speaking to Blomberg). Instructions to change door from left hand to right hand opening difficult to understand and numbered diagrams do not correspond to instructions. Red warning light does not come on as indicated. Fast Freeze button should start compressor straight away according to manual, but doesn't. You are provided with a door handle that you expected to attach yourself, together with 4 different kind of screws with no indication of which to use. The internal temperature control wheel is very badly designed. It is inset with only a small amount of wheel available to move with your finger. The wheel is smooth rather than being ridged, so, because it is also stiff is incredibly difficult to move when the freezer is cold & the small area of wheel is therefore slippy. This was my second choice of Freezer because my first choice was unavailable at the time - I wish I had waited!

It's so quiet I have had to check that it's on!! Have done couple weeks washing and I'm happy with the cleaning standard.
Quite basic but easy to clean and regulate, good value for money
Really easy to deal with, all happened exactly how it was planned, delivery drivers very polite, efficient and cleaned up afterwards, very pleased all round
