Delivery was on time after a call with estimated ETA. New fridge freezer was well packaged and installed after the old one taken away. No fuss, no problems. Would recommend the Indesit fridge freezer and Beacon to friends.

It’s construction is thin metal. It rattles, the hob top is loose held down with plastic fittings - on a hot cooker. The fan is loud and noisy.. complained to Belling who sent a fitter round to say it’s the way it’s built now. Contacted them again who said they would get back to me. Still waiting. Does cook well though. Disappointed to say the least especially as it cost a lot of money.

I was called immediately after this by a very friendly and professional agent to confirm the order and to give me further details about the delivery process. The delivery took place a few days later on the date given, and I was given notice of the time slot the night before as had been promised. Had my gas engineer out to fit this for me, he removed the old hob and opened the box to fit this hob but there was NO plug attached to the end of the cable to plug it in! I'm not the kind of household who happens to have spare plugs lying around so we had to find an appliance without a molded plug that we could sacrifice and use for the hob. Bit ridiculous spending £300 quid on a hob only to find it doesn't even come with a plug. Hob itself is nice but does have some odd round marks on it which don't go away, which is a little annoying considering it is supposed to be "scratch and mark resistant" with some special coating on it. Looks like the marks are underneath the coating. I like the double wok burner and the grates are really heavy and nice quality.
