The oven we wanted wasn’t in stock anywhere so we ordered it for when it was due back in. We got a follow up call from Beacon to double check we were happy to wait and it arrived exactly when they said it was due back in. We got a good discount too compared to the original manufacturers price.

The order process started well - having placed the order I received a phone call straight away confirming the order and delivery date . Everything went to plan on delivery day until they tried to bring my washing machine into the house and I realised they had brought the wrong colour. However instead of what would normally happen with a big company you have to wait a week for them to get the right one in and be left with no washing machine however the guys went back to the depot and arranged to come back later on the same day at a time convenient to me to deliver and as way of an apology installed it for me . I always say you can only judge a company when something goes wrong and see how they resolve - top marks to Beacon for their resolution - and I would like to add your staff are some of the politesse I have ever met.
Considering this is a premium oven, the build quality has been very disappointing. There is a melting plastic smell that is supposed to 'burn off' after an hour. It is still smelling after eleven hours. The fan oven has a loud buzzing noise eminating from the rear of the oven. When wiping the inside of the oven with warm soapy water to shift the smell, I noticed a piece of the enamel has come off the inside of the oven after only a few days. This seems a really shoddy build for a cooker that costs thousands of pounds. (The service from beacon electrical has been superb and Rangemaster have been responsive so far to my issues, but I won't be updating the review until they're resolved - currently it is unusable).
The sales team were really quick to help in terms of making sure the item could be delivered, and advising me what I could do when I realised my electrics weren't quite right. Very kind and helpful staff.

The oven is great and easy to use. Looks fantastic and has loads of features. The touch panel can be a bit hit and miss but not a deal breaker.
Item in perfect condition. Easy to install. Temperature readily visible from front which is better than the internal positioning on its very similar predecessor. Prefer to have an on/off switch mounted conveniently on/in the body of the device to avoid the need to move the socket. Happy with it, overall.

Fast and efficient
Very well made, using top grade materials. Really easy to keep clean, controls are well laid out, and very easy to understand. Two ovens for ease of meal preparation. Glass lid to extend work surface ( if needed). A gas stove to be proud of in any kitchen. EXCELLENT.
