Bought to replace a previous model installed in 2010 - the internal light had failed. It could not be accessed from outside the housing. This is the only fault. it's a very good efficient microwave and would recommend Whirlpool.
From the day I acquired this machine I have used it for everything including Christmas dinner. Most of the time it’s pretty much intuitive but there are many many books, articles and YouTube videos to help with non standard foods. I love it.

We didn't realise we had so much moisture in our house. We found the instructions to be most helpful. The process to empty the water to be simple and straight forward. We have had this product about three week and are very pleased with it.
