The first freezer worked for a day after I bought food to put in it, had to throw that away as didn’t realise freezer not working straight away. Had to have a replacement, thankfully second one working ok.

This cooker is better than I expected. I had to down grade as couldn’t afford to replace my old becko double oven with a similar model .But I'm pleasantly surprised with my humble little cooker .its really quick . I does have a small oven though .

I love this cooker. My only concern is if I want it on gas mark 5 I have to put the dial to no 7 I got an oven thermometer to check the temp as stuff was taking a longer time to cook
I love the local store here in Plymouth. The website needs updating so items are as displayed. I highlighted that the bulb I bought was not as advertised (box says E, website says A) and was advised 2 years ago the ratings changed.... so really the website items need updating; also it would have been nice to have been offered an exchange or refund...

Great item , received promptly , great for clothes drying / and great as a humidifier, also good feature is the Air purifier with the hepa filter.
Dispatched v quickly although not sure I'm happy with the delivery from courier who didn't ring long on door but at least he delivered to upstairs flat
Really good dehumidifier..does need emptying often but that's because I live in basement flat and got the 12l
Item would’ve been delivered much sooner had Parcelforce done what I asked them… so I didn’t receive the item until about 10 days after I ordered it. Beacon Electrical did their bit so no fault/problem there. Thanks guys.
