Paid extra to have integrated dishwasher fitted and old machine taken away and this was so worthwhile. The delivery team took time and trouble to fit the new machine and to ensure I was happy and it all worked before leaving.
I am so pleased with this dishwasher. It’s quiet and takes a great range of crockery. Lots of great features - I can now fit all my cutlery in the receptacle as it has various sized holes and I can adjust the top tray height to stack my large dinner plates without impeding the washer arm. I also like the red light that tells you the dishwasher is on and the alarm when it finishes the cycle. Good value machine..

Cooker is good design, both ovens heat up quickly, easy to set up & use, easy to clean, hobs heat up reasonably quick. Although the hob glass is durable on the surface after 2 uses the heat discoloured the coloured glass quickly, so after 20+ uses a discolouring ring has appeared below the surface, of which you obviously can not clean. So after only 2 months the surface is looking heavily used. I will be contacting Beacon electrical this week to see if this is normal.

Ordered online and booked delivery slot, within minutes had a phone call to let me know this day was full and organised for the day after. I received a phone call prior to delivery which is always helpful. Both gentlemen were really nice and helpful and took away old appliance and rubbish. Really happy with my product.

Looks fab, practical, quiet, frost free, more room on the same footprint than the old one it replaced. Excellent service from Beacon and its installation team, as usual. Same price as AO, much cheaper than Curries

The fridge is great. However having arranged an online delivery for a particular day, and paid the extra for choosing the day, I was then informed delivery would be 2 days later as they weren't in my area until then. You need to sort out your website so that once the postcode has been typed in, an accurate display of delivery dates can be shown. Alternatively, please do not charge customers for deliveries you cannot honour.
