Great product, works exactly as described
Delivered a bit late, but it was over Christmas. Takes lots of water from our bungalow. We notice the bungalow is a lot warmer, with the heating set lower than before. Would recommend.
This dehumidifier is faultless Dried a full load of washing in 4 hours. Easy to empty the water tank easy to move around as it has castors and a pull up handle in the top

And when it was dispatched I was provided with a tracking number Outstanding customer service Was initially told it would be 3-4 day parcel force delivery it arrived the next day which was handy as it was the week before Christmas and I still had shopping to do (I'm a bloke)

Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that Beacon Electrical stated 'in stock - 5 days delivery'. Delivery was actually 5 weeks.. However, overall service was very good.
