Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that Beacon Electrical stated 'in stock - 5 days delivery'. Delivery was actually 5 weeks.. However, overall service was very good.

Appliance not functioning properly as the central plastic wheel is bent and does not rotate glass plate without stopping whilst being hugely noisy with clanking sound. Requested repair but now have to wait 10 days for service… not a great start.
I have the 25l version of this but just needed this one for my home gym (log cabin). It's small and obviously packs less of a punch (volume wise) than the bigger units but it immediately went to work and made a difference. It now runs 24/7 as once it gets to a good humidity level switches to monitoring mode and keeps on top of things. So far I have emptied it 4 times over a week, so about 10 ish litres once I started using it but alot less now. That its on top of things. Shouldn't of got one sooner and amazing product to boot. Also has the advantage of being a hepa air filter too! Buy it!
Pre ordered the arete one (12l) from this company as they were one of the few that provided clear timescales and it was at a reasonable price (hadnt been artificially inflated like other companies). Upon receiving my order they contacted me to reiterate the timescales (couple of weeks) and check I was comfortable with this and waiting. I was as I would rather know I would have one as soon as it came back into stock, instead of trying to beat the frenzy of people who monitor stock alert emails etc. The time soon came around, and it was delivered as soon as they were resupplied. Couldn't have been quicker! Will use this company again if I need anything similar!
We order just before Christmas, and thought we would only receive it after the holiday, but it arrived so quickly. Thank you for excellent service, highly recommended.
Very happy with our purchase, it is doing an excellent job and we were amazed at how much water it has collected in our bungalow. It does a good job as well on laundry mode to dry the washing.

If you buy nothing else..get yourself one - the house feels "warmer" & they can dry the laundry at a fraction of the cost of using a tumble dryer.

From showroom to installation every aspect of shopping with Beacon Electric was first class - I can't recommend Totnes branch enough. Staff in showroom were helpful and informative, follow-up phone calls were prompt and efficient. Delivery men went to great lengths to solve an installation problem and a great local electrician was called to finish a difficult job within a couple of hours. Five star service all round.
Pleased with this oven so far - It is taking me a bit of time to get used to the controls as the manual is rather confusing especially in relation to the clock/timer and temperature gauge.
Very good oven with the steam function it is worth the money. It does a perfect job cooking meat with the use of the built-in temperature probe.

I have had many dryers over the years, but moved house recently and cannot fit a ducted one in. I researched many models by various manufacturers before choosing this one. The figures showed that although heat pump ones are dearer than condensers, they will more than pay for themselves by using so little electricity. Many people say that they take too long to dry, but I have not found that to be the case. Also, the non iron crease free function really works.... Result!
Although Beacon Electrical hadn't got there model of tumble dryer that I wanted, they had got a single similar one on show in Plymouth. They kindly agreed to sell that one to me and delivered it promptly free of charge to my home in Torquay. Excellent service!
