If I could give a minus star would not hesitate to give it. Purchased the washing machine wanted to return the item within 30 days of purchase for a legitimate excuse, but they wouldn't allow it, going around in circles calling hotpoint. Still the issue is not resolved.

Unfortunately you cannot simply request an uplift on a machine that you don't like after you have installed and used the machine for such a period. Very efficient service from comprehensive website to timely friendly and courteous delivery ( even in atrocious weather conditions) This item was purchased to replace previous under counter unit and fitted without problem - but do pre measure carefully. Product is competitively priced and does exactly what you would expect of it - no more and no less. Easily installed. Changing door hanging from right to left slightly fiddly but no major problem.

Delivery was arranged and at 9pm I received a text message stating that it would not be coming today, my partner had taken the day off so this was very annoying. I rang beacon to ask if the delivery people would text me if they couldn't deliver and was told they don't do texts and would ring me personally. The next day I received a message to say the delivery time, this was very inconvenient as we had arranged the day before, if I didn't need it to go in our new kitchen in a few weeks I would have cancelled, beacon service OK Delivery company rubbish With more time I would have gone elsewhere

It's looks are good, but leaves a lot of marks which needs a stainless steel cleaner on. The glass lid is high, so it's not in line with the work top. Cannot push it back completely against kitchen wall because of where the rubber gas pipe has to be screwed in. Find that the large oven, going off and coming on by its disconcerting

Setup for LPG

The oven is great to use and would have given it 4 stars however it’s set for LPG gas not natural gas. It look the engineer an hour to setup and had to buy an adapter. unless you are using LPG steer clear, the engineer was good enough not to charge me an hours extra labour.
