It was ready to pick up as arranged, staff were polite and friendly.
It’s a great spin dryer, spins lots of water out of clothes so they dry quickly but doesn’t leave them wrinkly. Rinsing is really easy, filling with water and then spinning.

Beacon electric is my go to shop on all my electric goods and I was not disappointed on my latest purchase
If I could give a minus star would not hesitate to give it. Purchased the washing machine wanted to return the item within 30 days of purchase for a legitimate excuse, but they wouldn't allow it, going around in circles calling hotpoint. Still the issue is not resolved.
