When ordering appliance I was given clear information about delivery and what to expect. Delivery was something to dream about, living in a reasonably remote area in Wales we always expect problems, not so, delivered to the requested room in five minutes, simply no hassel , thanks.

A wee bit of adjustment required after using gas for 40 years, but I'm glad we made the change and purchased this hob. Excellent in every respect, from ease of fitting to ease of use and definitely easier to clean than a gas hob! Highest temperature is hotter than gas and heat control is instant. Cannae fault it!

Product was exactly as described and arrived on the date previously advised. Wonderful colour, fits perfectly in my kitchen and is a real talking point. Easy to use and much cleaner than my previous gas hob.
