Lovett kettle works fine but cane broken cracked plastic on handle
My kettle arrived broken I'm assuming it's carelessness of the couriers rather than it just coming broken. I didn't notice until the day after but bin lorry had already taken the box so couldn't send back!

Itâs lovely looking machine. Had to adapt my normal routine of âwashing dayâ to couple of days as it takes longer than my old one to dry. But itâs very economical and Iâm sure will pay for itself in savings compared to my old one pretty quickly!
Had call the day after placing to arrange delivery date and to ensure I knew the dryer o bought was going to be located inside. Delivery a little longer than expected but this was just due to Xmas. Delivery was on time and taken into kitchen for me

I ordered the silver cooker pictured above with white hob and doors and got a stainless steel one with black hob and mirror doors delivered instead. Was told by one of your team that there is no such cooker as little tired and the serial number related to a stainless steel one. I am now stuck with a cooker I don't like as I could not return it. So far from happy.
Suits us perfectly, only wanted a small tumble dryer for towels, bedding etc during the winter months. Very please with it, especially the front vent as it's easy to get out and put away after every use

Love this cooker. Going back to an eye level grill is so much easier than having to bend down. The single oven is at a better height than on my double oven. Bonus of a storage underneath too.
Always good service. Go the extra mile to help and sort any issues that arise. Although the product wasn't in the store I was happy it was exactly as described. As product was unpacked in the delivery van I can only assume it was well packaged as all parts were in good order

I've had Bosch ovens for 20 years, which have been very good, however, decided to buy a range for our new kitchen. Decided on this Bertazzoni cooker. Not only does it look amazing, it is a fantastic cooker. I make sourdough bread, every week, and, it bakes perfectly in this oven, as does pizza, using the pizza setting. Highly recommend!
