I ordered the silver cooker pictured above with white hob and doors and got a stainless steel one with black hob and mirror doors delivered instead. Was told by one of your team that there is no such cooker as little tired and the serial number related to a stainless steel one. I am now stuck with a cooker I don't like as I could not return it. So far from happy.
Suits us perfectly, only wanted a small tumble dryer for towels, bedding etc during the winter months. Very please with it, especially the front vent as it's easy to get out and put away after every use

Love this cooker. Going back to an eye level grill is so much easier than having to bend down. The single oven is at a better height than on my double oven. Bonus of a storage underneath too.

I've had Bosch ovens for 20 years, which have been very good, however, decided to buy a range for our new kitchen. Decided on this Bertazzoni cooker. Not only does it look amazing, it is a fantastic cooker. I make sourdough bread, every week, and, it bakes perfectly in this oven, as does pizza, using the pizza setting. Highly recommend!

I ordered on-line, but received a phone call the following day to check all my needs re delivery etc. The delivery driver phoned me in advance of delivery to tell me he was on his way and the delivery was made and the customer of freezer taken away without any problems. Very good service.
I have a small kitchen and do not need a large freezer, so this small counter top freezer fulfils all my needs.
