I ordered on-line, but received a phone call the following day to check all my needs re delivery etc. The delivery driver phoned me in advance of delivery to tell me he was on his way and the delivery was made and the customer of freezer taken away without any problems. Very good service.

A wee bit of adjustment required after using gas for 40 years, but I'm glad we made the change and purchased this hob. Excellent in every respect, from ease of fitting to ease of use and definitely easier to clean than a gas hob! Highest temperature is hotter than gas and heat control is instant. Cannae fault it!
