I was pleased with the prompt follow-up by a Beacon sales operative to check on the details of my online order. However there was an error made initially whereby they actually ordered us TWO fridges by mistake, Luckily I discovered this myself and they were quick to recognise the mistake and rectify this. The delivery and installation was efficient but was handled by Hotpoint directly, not by Beacon. Our subsequent problems with the appliance itself were handled by us directly without involvement of Beacon.
Now we have a working fridge we can confirm it is a good spacious bright larder fridge. However the first one we received turned out to be faulty from the start, and Hotpoint tried to fix it but could not in the end, and then they neglected to order the required replacement parts as necessary, so in the end they offered to replace it with a totally new fridge. This arrived 10 days later and seems to be working fine thankfully. It took several long phone calls and an engineer visit, over 3 weeks, to get this resolved however.

After placing the order, I got a call within less than an hour to finalize the purchase with a lot of guidance on what happens next. Dishwasher that I ordered came damaged and the team at Beacon Electrical was very efficient in resolving the issue, contacting supplier and arranging the delivery of the replacement. The stove is great and so was your service apart from the erroneous email that made me think it was coming twice Also the initial doubling up of the order with my c card bank which also got sorted out but caused me some anxiety and several checks at the bank Apart from this the purchase went smoothly and swiftly and I would buy from Beacon again Enjoying the super stove which looks great in our music room!
