As above but purchased again and kept all parts as an electrician I should be able to fix cheaper. I also noticed the (Energy I think) Rating given to this appliance has moved considerably downwards/negatively.
Really good dryer. It's a personal thing but the anti crease feature that keeps tumbling after the cycle has finished for an hour is annoying and there is no way to stop it except by opening the door or turning the dryer off each time. Guess it's a common feature but wish it could be disabled.
Speedy delivery and was nice to have personal call from the delivery team and then the driver on the day of delivery. I now check beacon first whenever I am looking for electrical goods

It looks even better than the picture, very smart and stylish. There are more settings than you could ever need but still so easy to use. The induction hob is excellent, heating up quicker than gas and can be turned down instantly too.

I had struggled to find one of these after Christmas but managed to find one on the Beacon website. I had trouble with submitting the payment but Beacon called and supported me to complete the order. I had wanted it by a particular date as it was a gift and although they made it clear they couldn't guarantee it would arrive in time, they did everything as quickly as possible and thankfully it did arrive in time. The team there were really accommodating and helpful.
