This machine is very noisy, very noisy. Its easy to use and has quite a few programmes which is new compared to old machine. But oh my god the noise!! Wouldn't purchase again

The wash cycle is good but very disappointed with drying. Clothes come out hot and damp. Excessive time required to dry compared to my stand alone tumble dryer it replaced

I had to speak to the staff in the shop a few times and they were all extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. They answered the call quickly too.
The dryer is easy to operate and performs well. The filter is very easy to remove for cleaning. I would not have bought it if I'd known that you have to attach the ventilation hose to the door front. I find it gets in the way, a very impractical design.
This replaced a dual fuel rangemaster professional and looks a lot better. The two main ovens are similar to rangemaster, but the grill is bigger and more user friendly and can also be used as a conventional oven. Also the 4th cavity, instead of storage, is a slow cook oven or can be used as a plate warmer. The induction hob is fantastic, safer than gas, easy to use and a dawdle to clean. After 5 weeks of use, my wife and I are very happy with our choice.
Found Beacon after being let down by a major retailer and they were brilliant. Easy to order, easy to contact and very friendly and helpful when I did speak to them. Beacon's service was great. Delivery slot chosen online and they confirmed it by phone. It arrived bang on time on the selected date. The produce itself is new, so it's a little early to give it a review. It seems to work OK.
Very pleased I chose this Hotpoint oven over other similarly priced options. It is fantastic value for money, with a classy design that looks much more expensive than it is and has many features normally found on more high-end brands costing twice as much! The oven is very quiet in operation and simple to use. Results so far have all been excellent with food cooked perfectly, and especially pleased with a roast pork crackling joint I did on the included turnspit. I have never owned a pyrolytic oven before and was skeptical about its effectiveness, but my doubts soon turned to delight after trying the eco pyro for the first time, which left the oven spotless.
