I find the layout of the racks odd and it's hard to fit in the things I need to fit in - not in terms of amount but in terms of how close together the racks are. It cleans well though.
What stands out for me is the help given by staff via the chat room, which I use because my hearing loss does not make it easy for me to use the phone even with hearing aids. They were patient, kind and understanding. Please tell them I said so.

This machine is such an improvement on my old dishwasher - so much quieter, and cleans consistently well. I particularly like the cutlery tray - so much better than the conventional basket. A great purchase; would certainly recommend.
Ordering on-line was easy on Beacon's website. The dishwasher arrived on time, and was delivered into the kitchen by two helpful men who remove the old machine as requested.
The first one delivered had been dropped at the manufactures as the outer packaging was not damage in any way, but the dryer had the back cover dented and the drum was to one side and not turning.
When my tumble dryer arrived it was damaged, I phoned Beacon and they sorted the problem out very professionally. Phoned me to find out if I was happy with the manufactures progress. Great customer care !!!
All went very smooth. Easy to order . Telephone communication good . Only issue was money taken before being told item was out of stock so was placed on waiting list. Didn’t wait that long but still had to pay then wait weeks .
