replaced our 17 year old former oven with this unit. It looks very smart in kitchen. The interior of oven an nice pale grey in colour so you can see when it requires a clean. The meals cooked so far were very well cooked the first beef cooked for some time was very tender one of best results ever. Also quiet in operation I think the timer could be a little louder on completion.
Ordered online and was contacted very quickly to offer an extended warranty. very friendly manner on phone . The oven arrived on the day promised and phone call received 5 minutes before delivery excellent.

I have a number of cooking appliances but needed an oven. This model is not expensive and just right for me. It was simple to purchase online and delivery was straightforward. Great value and price. The oven was up and running shortly after installation. Cooks things really well.
One thing we don't understand.is the instruction booklet! It is not very clear and needs to be reviewed.
