Ordered an oven on Monday and was delivered free of charge on Friday (could have had Thursday delivery but had a doctor's appointment so couldn't guarantee I would be home for the delivery). Lovely friendly service from Beacon who telephoned prior to delivery and covid-safe delivery. Well done team!
Very easy to install - just plug in and insert two screws to hold it in place. Very easy to operate and to understand all the buttons. Bought this to replace my previous Hotpoint oven that had broken down with the added bonus of the self-cleaning function. Ordered on Monday and delivered free of charge on Friday. Excellent service from Beacon Electrical. Would highly recommend (and they were cheaper than Currys!).
Good looking and efficient dryer. Easy to set up. Only downside is flap at bottom, to access water container for emptying, is quite difficult to remove at first and cut finger first time. Wouldn't recommend for older generation.

We got this fridge as a spare to be kept in the garage. When it was first delivered, I filled it up with items I wouldn’t need for a while. When I went to get something a few days later, I was horrified to find that everything in the body of the fridge was frozen (not in the door) including the veg boxes. The fridge was set at just above 3, presumably by the delivery men, which would not seem like a number that would freeze the contents. I turned it down to 2 and it is no longer freezing things. But I lost about £15+ worth of fresh vegetables and salad items, also almond milk, which were all useless when defrosted. So I was a bit unhappy to say the least! I still don’t really understand how a fridge set at 3 could freeze the contents. I didn’t think it would do that even at 5.
All went well with the delivery. However I had problems with the actual fridge which I have detailed below.

The website was easy to use. I made an order online and received a call moments later thanking me for the purchase. I was offered two options, waiting a while for a new boxed item or having the display item from the shop which could be delivered within 48hrs. I was assured there was no marks on the latter so I opted for that. I had paid the £2.50 to remove all packaging & was told I would be refunded that as there wasn't any. I didn't get the refund but I'm not bothered about that as the item was delivered on time by 2 chaps who kindly brought in the house for me. It was spotless, had all the paperwork & additional bits inside. I definitely use BE again & happy to recommend them. It's good to shop local!
This dishwasher is not only efficient, offers a variety of washes but it's also SO quiet! I keep checking it to see it's still on! Washes well, dries very well, good loading options, easy to use. Can't fault it. The service from Beacon Electrical was very good, calling me as soon as the order was placed online to discuss option of waiting for a boxed new machine or having a spotless shop display one that could be delivered within 2 days. I opted for the latter & it was spotless, had all the usual paperwork & any additional bits inside. A great purchase all-round. A new kitchen next so may use Beacon Electrical again

I miss a spin of 1400 - it really makes a difference to drying clothes I love the short 30 deg wash but wish there was a short 40 deg wash too. This was a last minute purchase and, had I had more time, I would have researched a machine of similar price with a 1400 spin. This is a great price for a washing machine, under £200 and it washes well
Very good, it's pretty much exactly the same as my last Candy model I had which was good as made it all familiar to me. A little noisy but not over bearing.
Placed order online and rec'd courtesy call the next day thanking me for my order and going over delivery instructions. Received good email communication too with invoices etc and confirmations. Delivery was quick prompt and friendly. Would recommend and use again!

Looks great in kitchen plenty of room for us in the fridge and freezer with more shelves than my last one which was an indesit. I love the stainless steel finish too, easy to keep clean. Cant fault it so far!
