I was sceptical ordering my Dyson online from Beacon but must say their customer service was fabulous. I got a phone call asking if I would like to pick my item up to get earlier from Totnes but as I dont drive I said that i wanted it delivered. I was given date of delivery. On delivery date I had a call from the driver updating me where he was and roughly what time he would be with me. Cannot fault them
The motor is quiet but the pick up is excellent. Easy to move around furniture with the ball. Cordless so no need to stop and plug in somewhere else. Light weight.
Bought this online and was told it would be a few days to get in. Had a call that day inviting us to collect it the next day. Great service. Would definitely use again.

Need to have upper shelf at maximum height to be able to get large dinner plates in lower compartment which restricts height of items such as classes in upper compartment.. Runners are a bit stiff.

Brilliant simple to use basic tumble dryer for under £200! Cloths dry quickly with no creases. You don’t need sensors, phone apps, heat pumps!! Buy this one and you won’t be disappointed. Our last Indesit lasted 14 years. Made in Britain ?? Great service by Beacon Electrical.

Had slight issue with what appeared to be a possible leak after installation of washing machine. Guy on phone at Beacon Electrical was most helpful. Installers (who were prompt and efficient and very Covid safe on both visits) returned same afternoon and checked everything out again - turned out it was not a leak but just some water retained from testing in factory. All has been fine since.

Good sized ovens, 60cm hob gives good cooking space. Good temp control , nearly as handy as gas.

Good freezer. Works as expected. Decent storage space for my needs. Had it a couple of weeks and no concerns or issues so far. The extended warranty is useful. Freezer is silent most of the time - the compressor has a reasonably loud hum when it's active but I don't know that it's any louder than most.
I will always choose Beacon over a larger provider. Everyone is friendly and helpful and all my experiences with Beacon have been positive. I was called to move the delivery date to sooner than expected, which was fantastic as I was in desperate need of the freezer. And when I emailed to find out about the guarantee extension I was called immediately to answer my query.
