The Bosch WAU28S80GB, the only time we saw it was online. As it turned out the washing machine was far more than expected my wife is still coming to terms with all the controls and settings, but would not change it for any other. The service we recieved was excellent from phone calls to the delivery . We opted for fitting ect. the delivery men were excellent maintaining social distancing and wearing their PPE, then left leaving everthing tidy we would recommend Beacon Elecrical and the BOSCH WAU28S80GB
I ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer online during the evening. I received a telephone call first thing the very next morning to go through all the particulars and was kept informed of delivery details. On the day the delivery men were very helpful, polite and professional. Excellent service throughout, thank you.

I bought this alarm clock for the DAB radio and the Sleep/ snooze function, also as a spare radio for the guest bedroom. or that it is OK. As a radio in a main bedroom the buttons are clunky on pressing so likely to wake the other person, and I don't find the operation for sleep especially easy to operate .
I found the site a little confusing on what qualified for free delivery, there seemed to be a bit of a contradiction. Staff were really helpful when I rang to finalise my order. There was an error on delivery, the wrong item being delivered, but again the staff were helpful and very apologetic. As I wasn't in a hurry for the item I didn't mind too much. I would use them again

From start to finish I was totally happy with beacon electrical. I ordered online and arranged fitting and for my old washing machine to be taken away. I received a phone call to confirm everything. The whole process was very efficient. I had a phone call to say the drivers were on their way. I am very happy with my machine. Beacon electrical were cheaper than one of the big names and their fitting and disposal price was cheaper too. I bought my previous washing machine with them also. I would highly recommend them.

Not sure why a GU10 fitting does not take the GU10 compatible LED bulbs I have. Seems to need a smaller bulb which I don't have. Frustrating.
Although a GU10, the same as the damaged downlight it was replacing, this does not take the same bulbs as all the others in the office space which is annoying.

Brilliant and pain free service. Ordered on the Saturday, new tumble drier in the house and ready to go by the Wednesday. Originally had the delivery booked for the Friday however received a phone call to say they had had a cancellation and did I want delivery bought forward. First time using beacon electrical and would 100% use again.
