Very good value for money
I like the fire , it heats room well , but need to sort out app for timer . Will probably get help from family member to make sure I do it right.
Delivery was expensive but was happy to pay amount as I chose a delivery slot which suited me. Did not expect the item to be delivered in the morning when I chose afternoon slot. Apart from that , all good , as delivery man called me so I could show him how to get to my front door.

Wish I had bought this de-humidifier years ago . Have had problems with black mould so this will hopefully stop it developing again. Helping to dry washing too , so that is a bonus feature .

Good product. I had been looking for a cream electric cooker for a while. This is just the job. Good customer service. Delivered when stated. Good communication from delivery company.
This item was much slower arriving than other appliances I ordered from different suppliers at the same time time. The item has a fault from new (still unrepaired !!) After over one week of reporting the fault to HOTPOINT, I don't even have a date for a service engineer to visit.
