It does just what we wanted it to do keeping a room with highish humidity dry. My dark Usk furniture is no longer turning white with damp and as a bonus we use it to dry laundry in wet and damp weather.

Controls a little over complicated and the instructions not very good. Will do more than we will ever use but needed one that uses a normal plug in set up so not much choice available. Could do with a more extensive list/instructions for the 6th sense cook options.

I ordered a dehumidifier (knowing it was out of stock). The communication was great and it came back in stock within the time they said it should. Good communication, quick delivery thereafter and no issues at all.

This has made the world of difference. It's really quiet and sucks out a lot of moisture really quickly. Would highly recommend. It's also good on laundry mode in winter when you're drying inside.
