I did lots of research before biying my last dehumidifier, but it was very loud, and I hated it. So I was worried about buying a new one in case that one would be bad, too, but it's the best thing I've done. I can even have it on at night since it's so quiet (it does sound a bit, obviously, but it's bearable). I dont love the fiddly handle, it feels like it will break after a few years, but it really is an excellent dehumidifier. I love that it can stand close to a wall, and the tank is at the front; my last had the tank at the back, and it was annoying to empty it. And some dehumidifiers must stay away from a wall to work best.
Kept well informed throughout process
Oven was on pre-order and Beacon Electrical kept me updated throughout about delivery coming direct through manufacturer, couldn't fault their communications. Product itself however is another matter. Within a week of installation, central wok burner wasn't working. Neff engineer was booked to come 12 days later (earliest appt) and advised thermocouple was loose, likely wasn't pushed in fully during assembly, fixed within 5 minutes and was gone. Great for about 3 more uses then wasn't working again. Again engineer was arranged for the following week, changed the thermocouple this time, tested it and it worked all good. However 2 weeks later, again after just a couple of uses, it is off again and it is only been in 9 weeks, absolutely appalling
The product it's really good and I hope it will stay with us for long definitely I would like recommended .

Unfortunately my dauphinoise potatoes bubbled over onto the oven floor and burnt on b4 I realised it. Whilst the pyrolytic function did turn that to ash, it has left burnt marks on the sides of the oven by the door. I can't get this off. Do I put the pyrolytic function on again, or what?
Everything I hoped it would be when ordered: a sensibly priced product offering the same facilities as my previously owned different branded and more expensive cooker. A contemporary smart looking addition to my kitchen. I like it.

Has made such a difference no condensation in the house at all. Great for drying washing in record time. Is a little noisy than I would like on night mode . No regrets buying this
Happy with purchase - nice lighting compared to 15 year old fridge it replaced Fitted it myself and no big issues as all integrated appliances take a while to fit.
Beacon Electrical did not immediately come to mind so it was really the attractive pricing that drew me in when doing an online search for an item I had already deceived on. However the buying process was excellent and ai will no doubt use them again at some point.

My new machine was delivered quickly and efficiently. Prior to delivery, customer service was good.
This model dries more efficiently. However, it is noisier than the previous Beko one that I had. Also, the plastic handle on the door looks flimsier than previously and I'm concerned that it might break after a short while.

Product arrived well packed and installed easily. The machine works OK if you can get it to start. The touchscreen control panel is rubbish. Not responsive and long waits for the next command to work. Very frustrating. Even the beep at the end of a cycle does not work. The enclosed user manual is very limited and confusing. If the lighting is not bright near the control panel you cannot see which buttons to touch. Whirlpool has performed badly with the use of this control panel.
Extremely pleased with the efficiency of this little player. So much better than our expensive one bought many years ago and very quiet during play.
Worthy of support. We must all try not to use Amazon, etc as a first go-to. Shopping around doesn't take long.
